1. You were recently exposed to a traumatic event or intense emotion-provoking incident. Emotions such as extreme fear, panic, extreme anger, shock, confusion, lost, etc.
2. You are thinking about harming yourself or having thoughts of suicide.
3. You are having intrusive thoughts involving violent obsessions about hurting others.
สถานการณ์หรืออาการที่คุณเข้าข่ายสามารถใช้บริการ สายด่วน EMERGENCY CALL ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมงได้ มีดังนี้
1. เพิ่งเผชิญหรือผ่านเหตุการณ์ร้ายแรง หรือเหตุการณ์ที่กระตุ้นอารมณ์อย่างรุนแรง เช่น เกิดความรู้สึกกลัวสุดขีด เสียขวัญ โกรธจนแทบควบคุมตัวเองไม่อยู่ ช็อก สับสน มึนงง ทำอะไรไม่ถูก
2. กำลังเกิดความคิดจะทำร้ายตัวเอง กำลังจะทำให้ตัวเองบาดเจ็บหรือเสียชีวิต
3. กำลังมีความคิดจะทำร้ายคนอื่น

หากคุณประสงค์จะใช้บริการ “สายด่วนฉุกเฉิน” คุณจะต้องเป็นผู้ชำระค่าบริการด้วยตนเองและไม่สามารถนำมาเบิกเคลมกับทางชับบ์สามัคคีประกันภัยได้ไม่ว่ากรณีใดทั้งสิ้น เมื่อชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้วจะปรากฏเบอร์โทรที่คุณสามารถโทรหาผู้เชี่ยวชาญได้ทันที ราคา 1,650 บาท ต่อครั้ง
To use the Emergency call service, you must responsible for the service fee yourself and cannot request for claim under any circumstances. After the payment is made successfully, the emergency call number will appear and you can call the number immediately. Price is 1,650 Baht per session.
